How can we help?
We are customer focussed.
We are passionate about customer service. We deal exclusively with Civil Traffic Enforcement, this enables us to focus solely on helping customers who have fallen foul of the system, and who feel that they get pushed from pillar to post trying to make sense of what’s happening and where to go for help. Our consultants help customers get their issues resolved.
What customers want to know?
Q: Can you help me with a Penalty Charge Notice placed on my vehicle or sent through the post by a local authority (council) or charging authority?
A: Yes. See details of our telephone consultation and form completion service on our services page.
Q: Can you help me with Parking Charge Notices issued by private enforcement companies such as Parking Eye or Civil Enforcement, for parking on private land or in a private car park?
A: No. Currently Traffic Enforcement Consultants do not deal with Parking Charge Notices issued on private land or in a private car park by companies such as Parking Eye or Civil Enforcement. We recommend contacting the car park company to check what options are available to you, as if the matter isn’t resolved, potentially it could end up in the small claims court. Read about parking on private land.
Q: Can you help me with a speeding offence, dangerous driving or a “document offence” such as driving without insurance?
A: No. Unfortunately, Traffic Enforcement Consultants wouldn’t be able to help you. As these are classed as criminal offences, you would be advised to consider seeking legal advice.
Q: Can you help with bailiffs?
A: Yes. Traffic Enforcement Consultants can help you to complete an application to file a Witness Statement or Statutory Declaration Out of Time (if you have relevant grounds), which will suspend bailiff action while your application is being considered by the relevant authority. See details of our telephone consultation and form completion service on our services page.
